At the Tourist Information Point (TIP), you can get information about the many activities and attractions in Tiel. The city of Tiel is located in the heart of the Betuwe, the fruit garden of the Netherlands. Much of the fruit is also reflected in the city. Think of Flipje, the cheerful fruit mascot from the jam factory. Think of Appelpop, the nationally known free pop festival, or the annual Fruitcorso that attracts large numbers of visitors to the city. Think of beautiful historic locations that remind you of Tiel as a Hanseatic city.

Parking Tip
At the tourist information point, there is a large underground parking garage (Westluidense Poort). You will always find a parking spot for your car, motorcycle, or bicycle there. There are also electric charging stations.
